Hey guys (and girls)! So we are looking for locations that map out the items that have the good attributes while limiting the negative. They also need to be located in specific census tracks ( see attached). The attached Word document is 3 pages but you only need to review the portion "vii. location" and shouldn't take more than 5 minutes to review. I will provide a list of census tracts it mentions. I have the budget set at $2,000 but I have no idea what a project of this size involves. Let's chat about the budget further. I'm also not opposed to using someone with less experience if they have the resources to learn and apply what they don't already know.

I have no idea if this is possible, but I want to place a image in a .kml file. I then want be able to upload that .kml file into a layer on google custom maps and see that image on the map. If you have done this before, in the application for the job, put at the top "done this before" and send me a example link of the map with the .kml layer image so I can verify you know what I'm talking about.
