I am in need of a Grant Writer who can secure federal or optional funding for my business. What is going to happen is i will need an individual or more to use my entities name and accumulate any form of capital or funding through grant writing; Once funded successfully (this will be written in stone) If you are successful this is beneficial to who ever would love to be affiliated with my company once we have secured a total amount of 50,000 - 150,000 USD (you will not only have large lump some of compensation after each secured funding) you are to gain is a form of royalty (%) of my company for doing all the ground work. The payment is rather fixed. (1/5) per Grant earned. My Project is to have funding for Real Estate. (royalty is fixed once i have become very successful i am taking your royalty into higher management where at whatever percentile you're at in royalty i'm converting it into a profile wiring you income from a property out in the state of Washington that is passively making you monthly gross income and if i snowball into much larger units you have security for the rest of your life.) Per / Grants / Wage / Royalty 1 / 1,000 - 200 - 0% 1 / 5,000 - 1,000 - 3% 1 / 10,000 - 2,500 - 6% 1 / 50,000 - 10,000 - 12% The point is to get to at least 10,000 USD per persons who has helped me in secured funding will have a positive future in the growth of my company but with those who have made me 5,000 USD will have the same benefits but will be wait listed (%) until i have sated the higher achievers first.

The initial proposal is a pilot project in the town of Buchanan, Liberia, the 5th poorest country in the world. Buchanan is a coastal town with a population of 35,000 people. Most of the people are unemployed and the soil is not conducive for agriculture. It is our hope that the Big Opportunity Project (BOP) will motivate residents to acquire new skills to create jobs and opportunities for themselves and their families using the skills they have learned. Also in Buchanan, Liberia, residents do not engage in civic activities because the President of Liberia appoints all governors, all mayors, all judges, all heads of public corporation and all ministers of government. The country is corrupt and the citizens do not benefit from the natural resources and national revenue because government officials get huge salaries and benefits, leaving nothing for basic services, education and healthcare. With civic education, the community will be able to do for themselves what the government cannot do for them and eventually spread democracy to remove the president from power by voting. The president is elected but most people don't vote anymore. In collaboration with places of worship, schools and a community radio station, the project aims to conduct outreach and awareness on the importance of civic engagement, conduct Training Of Trainers who will conduct civic education and voters registration using SMS text messaging, radio and door to door. In order to encourage the people to take interest in the civic education program, the collaborating organizations will institute literacy program, computer literacy program and establish a computer lab to provide training in typing, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suites and grant writing to residents using space and equipment to be purchased and maintained by the collaborating organizations. Upon completion of the training, successful participants will apply for an apprenticeship opportunity using the skills acquired. The best apprentices will be considered for permanent employment. The pilot project will last for 9 months and work with individuals from 100 families within the district. Outreach will aim to create awareness among at lest 50% of the residents of the district. Recruit at least 5 schools and ten places of worship and the community Radio station, Magic 99.3FM. The lead organizations managing the project is Universal Human Rights International (UHRI). ( )

AWP is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in the startup phase. We have received some initial seed funding but are looking to apply for addition grants and awards. In addition, we are looking into conducting some extensive R&D to help us create, build and implement our services/programs. A lot of the research will be synthesizing existing information into comprehensive curriculums; however, we will also need to conduct primary research on the issues we are trying to address as well as market research. This post is not to find the person who will conduct the service/programming research. I am looking for someone who is familiar with applying for research-based grants where the research is meant to be IMPLEMENTED in some sort of programming and/or product/service/program development funding. It is very important to note that this research is surrounding a social justice issue -- anti-human trafficking, rehabilitation & economic empowerment initiatives for survivors of sex trafficking, prevention, awareness through student engagement etc. We are a startup with limited resources. We have a small team. I need someone who will be familiar with and able to help me in a holistic way. ****The help I am looking for is to determine: 1. Exactly what types of grants/awards/fellowships we should be looking for 2. How to structure the R&D part of our startup to be the most efficient and effective in bringing programming/services "to market" 3. How the research itself should be structured to optimize effectiveness, applicability to receiving funding and our nonprofit's goals 4. What sort of person or people are needed to conduct this kind of R&D so we can make the best hires 5. Where to find the right people to hire and how to incentivise their work ****In addition, I will need assistance: 6. Finding relevant resources in order to find grants/awards/fellowships for us to apply to 7. Finding relevant places to recruit the person or people best suited for our R&D work 8. Developing our approach to applying for, receiving and managing funding and the R&D Please Note: I imagine completing all of these things is going to take a bit of time. We will break the tasks into relevant milestones in order to address all of these topics. If you do not feel you are well suited for one or two of these tasks but are well-suited to other tasks, I will simply need your assistance in finding someone to fill those gaps. I need you to be upfront about these limitations -- they will not automatically disqualify you! This is partially a consulting job but also a research job -- I will need more than "your word for it" in many of these areas. I will need you to help procure materials, resources etc where applicable. I will need you to be able to interview via a phone call or some sort of video chat (skype, google hangouts etc). Throughout this project, we will need to be able to discuss tasks over the phone or through video chat as well as through email etc as it will require a high level of collaboration. If you are looking for quick payment for minimal effort, please do not apply. This nonprofit is, obviously, quite important to me and my team and we are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in helping us prepare to provide care to survivors of sex trafficking and related abuse (that does NOT mean you have to have familiarity/experience in that area in particular!) through these initiatives. The dollar amount quoted is the initial budget I am setting for this project and is NOT necessarily a cap. Thank you and look forward to receiving your applications!
