I'm looking for a 3D artist experienced with modeling and texturing, to build and texture five variations of a single 3D model, to be used in a Unity mobile game. The model is of a golden pedestal. Within the game, the pedestal will be large (~10 meters tall), viewed from an isometric perspective, and will support and enclose a glowing orb (the orb itself is not part of this job). The pedestal is symmetrical around its center, with three legs that each extend up to surround the orb. See the attached rough sketch. The pedestal should appear to be constructed of gold metal, can be ornamented with ancient runes, and looks like a valuable ancient artifact. In addition to this basic pedestal, I would like four variations of it: 1) One that uses the same model but appears to be built from deep blue crystal. 2) One that uses the same model but appears to be built out of granite. 3) One that is also gold, but has a slightly enhanced model, with a few fancier flourishes, maybe gemstones set into facets at its base, so that it looks more important and valuable. 4) One that is also gold, but that uses a shorter version of the model. The parts that support the sphere will connect directly to the "feet" of the model, with the "legs" removed. Each of these variations would featured different runes, with some overlapping symbols between them, so that it appears that each pedestal has a different inscription in the same arcane language. Each model should be made up of less than, or not much more than, 1000 triangles. Texture image should be 1024x1024. Finished product should be in .fbx format. I would like to be able to review and request any revisions for the basic pedestal model, and then for the four additional variations. Based on the results there is also the possibility for future work on this same game. Thank you!

Hi There, We are a product design company and working on a new range of products that we need to look Photo Realistic... Mainly the issues are the colours of the metals and texturing of the leather, to make the leather look real (after all, we sell leather products, so it needs to look accurate to the point you can zoom in on it). We have been working with 2 designers, who have been slow, taken many hours at a time to respond and are not nailing the details (i.e we can see obvious repeating patterns on the leather, the finer details are not right at all). We are basically reclaiming these 2 projects from them so that we can get them done on our schedule. Deadline is end of day GMT 6pm WEDNESDAY July 27th. There are 2 styles, each style has approx 10 different leather/metal combinations (red&silver, tan&silver, grey&rose gold, etc). Please see the notes attached, to give you an example of the sorts of details that need amending to make the product look real. If you already have experience with character modeling please see my other job. We are looking for qualified 3d artists to create models and textures of realistic humans for real-time on PC (not mobile) Experience with 3ds MAX, UV layout, some basic understanding of rigging, biped and zbrush is a plus. The first model will be an 11 yr old, we'll provide photos from all angles. Just the head needs to be modeled with texture, normal and roughness maps for use in Unity 3d. We use Substance painter and Photoshop. Must have: -3ds max --character modeling --UV layout --basic understanding of biped --basic understanding of skin modifier -Photoshop -PBR painting package (Subtance, Quixel, 3d Coat) Some experience but not required: -Substance painter -Zbrush We will provide videos of our workflow to help make sure the characters fit into our pipeline. We do medical training for web and VR. Our final models run about 20,000 polys. Hello, First post here. I have a 3D model built in Solidworks for a small interior car part of a seat belt. This model needs a texture applied that can be 3D printed on a high resolution printer. The finish to be applied is a wrinkle or crinkle finish. The part is very small - less than 2x2" The finish only needs to be applied to the externally facing portion of the part. I am attempting to replicate a finish that I can share via email picutres. If you have a similar texture and do not need to create one, upon approval, that could be fine.
