To illustrate, we asked Jasper to create subject lines for our business regarding a new product launch.
We also used Jasper to generate cold emails to send to a variety of potential customers—to entice them to try out our products and services.
In this interaction, we specified our company name and product description and provided the context. Jasper then used these prompts to produce the following outputs in our desired tone of voice.
Jasper can also assist in replying to emails. Just tell Jasper what the customer said in their previous email and then specify what you’d like it to generate.
In our case, we asked Jasper to help us apologize to a customer regarding delays in product shipment and update them on a new estimated time of arrival (ETA).
If you’ve written an email but aren’t sure it conveys the message well, Jasper can help you rewrite the content with your tone and voice and tailor it to your audience.

If the installation was successful, you should be able to see Jasper’s logo on Gmail or Outlook. When you click the logo, a new window will pop up, allowing you to enter prompts.
Content marketing
Content marketing helps you build a brand and engage with your target audience. Writing engaging and informative content can drive traffic to your site and help you generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
Jasper can automate much of the process of content generation, helping you create high-quality content including blog posts, articles, and long-form content. For instance, if you’re running out of ideas for your next blog post, Jasper AI can generate a list of blog post ideas from simple text prompts.
If you have a blog post topic, Jasper can help generate an outline to structure your content effectively. For instance, it generated the following outline for the topic “Best sports shoes for athletes.”
Are you facing writer’s block and don’t know how to start your article? Jasper can “start” it by drafting possible introductions. You can then read through these introductions and select the most suitable one for your article.
Below are some introductions Jasper generated for the topic “Why sportswear is essential.”
Jasper can also create drafts of long-form articles and blog posts. To illustrate, we used the prompt “Write a 1,000-word article on how the quality of sportswear can impact performance.”
With Jasper’s One-Shot Blog Post template, we produced an article on the advantages of shopping online.
If you’ve written the content but aren’t sure about the quality, Jasper can also assist in rewriting and improving it. For example, we used the Content Improver template to make an article more interesting and engaging.
Jasper can assist in generating content for landing pages, Instagram captions, and ad copy.

Then, select the assets or types of content you want Jasper to generate for your business.
Jasper will then generate different types of content for your campaign.

Product descriptions
Compelling product descriptions can help e-commerce platforms drive sales and enhance customer experience. Descriptions allow customers to quickly discover the key features and benefits of a product and make effective purchasing decisions.
Jasper offers an automated generator to help you create engaging and informative product descriptions. To access the generator, navigate to Jasper’s templates and search “product description.”
Click on the template to go to the editing page, where you can add your product name, a brief description about it, and choose a preferred tone.
In our case, we generated a product description for shoes.
Jasper can help ensure consistency in brand voice across all product descriptions. You can add and save a tone of voice or brand style, and Jasper will work to reflect it in all generated content.
To set a preferred tone, navigate to your Jasper dashboard and click on Brand Voice.
Click the Add tone button to access the following pop-up that allows you to add a tone from text or URL. In our case, we want to add a voice from text, so we’ll press the From text button to proceed.
When you click the From text button, you should see a pop-up window with an input field. Add some brand text to the input field and then press Continue. This will allow Jasper to analyze your writing style.
Jasper will analyze the text and identify the tone and style that feature most prominently in it. You can then save the voice and make it default in your Jasper workspace.
SEO optimization
Search engine optimization (SEO) can help increase online visibility by directing organic traffic to your website.
Jasper can help automate SEO optimization by incorporating target keywords, suggesting meta descriptions and title tags, and creating easy-to-read content that can appeal to your audience.

For example, we can use the SEO Blog Posts Title and Meta Descriptions template to write a title and meta description for our article on sportswear.
Jasper provides a Surfer SEO extension, which you can enable in your Workspace settings. To use the plugin, you must have an active Surfer SEO subscription. There’s also a Plagiarism Checker integration to help ensure you create unique content to enhance your online ranking.
With the Surfer SEO subscription enabled, you should see a new icon for SEO mode when you open a Jasper document.
You can also perform keyword research using other third-party tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, and Moz, and use Jasper to integrate the keywords into your content.
