Job post: We're a growing beauty brand putting out a high volume of short-form vertical video, and we're looking for a skilled editor to join us long-term as our go-to for daily content. This is ongoing work, not a one-off project. We want someone to grow with us and become a real part of how we produce content. What you'll be editing Two kinds of short-form vertical video (9:16) for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts: UGC-style ad edits: cutting creator and product footage into punchy, hook-driven short ads Organic founder content: talking-head, routine, and lifestyle clips turned into post-ready Reels, TikToks, and Shorts What we need from each video A strong hook in the first 1-3 seconds (no slow intros) Clean pacing, captions/subtitles, and text overlays Our brand look applied consistently (we'll share our brand kit: fonts, LUT, caption style, and export specs) Delivered as platform-ready 1080p vertical files Skills we're looking for Strong short-form editing skills in your tool of choice (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, CapCut, whatever you're fastest in) Proven short-form / social editing with a feel for hooks and retention Comfortable with captions, subtitles, and clean text overlays Color correction, including working from both standard (Rec709) and log (S-Log3) footage Fast, consistent turnaround without dropping quality How we work We keep this simple and organized so you can move fast: You'll get raw footage in a dated Google Drive folder plus a short brief for each clip The brief tells you the hook, the cuts, and the overlays, so you're never guessing or waiting on us to invent the creative You cut to our brand look, deliver into an edited folder, and update the status in our Notion tracker We work in proxies for heavier files so transfers stay smooth Steady daily deliveries with a buffer, so no fire drills Communication We're async-friendly and work across time zones. We're looking for someone responsive, reliable, and easy to communicate with, who follows briefs closely and flags issues early. Consistency matters more to us than flash. To apply, please include: 2-3 short-form vertical samples close to this style (TikTok / Reels / Shorts edits) Your rate (per video or hourly, whichever you prefer) and your weekly capacity Your time zone and general availability Start your reply with the word "glow" so we know you read this fully We review every serious application and reply quickly. Looking forward to building something long-term with the right editor.
