Refined Agile Methodology In our work, we use a blend of traditional Requirements Engineering Practices coupled with modern Agile Methods. In our experience SCRUM with few adaptations proved itself to be the most efficient model that brings faster and more reliable results with substantial documentation. We use it as a base for shaping the cooperation with our clients unless preferred otherwise. Test Driven Development & Continuous Integration Each time a new feature is being developed, the process starts with analyzing and understanding the requirements and writing a unit test first. This way each new line of code is written to pass the test and becomes a small and certain step toward the result you need. Following CI principles, changes are integrated into the shared repository often and early. This way we avoid integration problems and save time and money. Modern Workforce Management Tools In outsourcing, communication and punctuality is the key to seamless cooperation. So is data safety. For managing projects as well as internal and external communication we use latest Microsoft products. Their collaboration and workforce management tools are a substantial part of our success as a business partner.
