Inclucive
Overview
# Who We Are We are an atypical Singaporean company with a very large pool of engineers we trained for cutting-edge software work. (Singaporean culture completely eschews technical skills in favor of supervisory/managerial jobs; we would argue "non-job" instead.) Our founders are linguists, which was how we trained (and were trained by, believe it or not) non-English engineers in East Asian regions. Owing to our rapidly expanding knowledge bases (in multiple human languages), we have a cost-efficiency of "third-world prices for Silicon Valley quality" (with all due respect to the world's engineers for that "Silicon Valley" pop culture reference). We're cost-efficient; we don't run sweatshops. Our main aim is to stem the relentless hacking of our Singaporean systems by weaning from our reliance on outsource vendors (who often are backed by foreign actors with a myriad of unanticipated intents). Our IT expenditure is skyrocketing as we purchase product after product, only to come back and find those products misconfigured by unskilled managers (who hired unskilled engineers). We have a background in being outsourced vendors ourselves. We are the outsourced R&D arm for several technologically active countries. We are also desperately looking to learn how we can outsource safely. We do admit we had warped our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) into Business Responsibility Outsourcing over decades. # Open-Source and Collaborative Engineering Please help us by alerting us to any related slow projects we should be forking actively. We will put in substantial engineering effort to maintain and refine any abandoned (and useful) open-source projects, transparently and competently. The benefit to you is that you pay drastically reduced Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for software that many other people also need. Our communication skill and Agile project management will nurture a thriving open-source community around any open-source software tool you need to employ. # Engineering Core The business entities we set up (including inclucive.com) are run by engineers --- a fitting, if cliched, slogan for us would be "created by engineers, for engineers". We have zero senior managers/execs paid more than engineers. All of our revenue goes into feeding and growing our engineers, as evidenced by our exponentially growing knowledge bases (in various human languages). We will soon be publishing self-contained books packed with related segments of our knowledge bases, to further encourage our engineers to grow their competences. In short, our costs arise mainly from engineering efforts, with very little overheads (if any at all) from non-engineering facilitators. If you engage our services, you will get your money's worth, since our costs are solely engineering efforts. We will also encourage you to learn from the work we do for you, in the spirit of "IT Infrastructure Ownership and Security", though we will still fully respect your decision to focus solely on your non-IT related core business activities. If you feel keen to join our push for "IT Infrastructure Ownership and Security", we will more than welcome your engineering inputs and competence. We speak a huge variety of languages, so please feel free to show us your engineering expertise in whatever human language or expressions you feel comfortable with.
