Our main aim is to create great deliverables and valuable outcomes, so we only accept projects within our expertise when we have enough available time slots in our schedule. We strictly avoid submitting deliverables that do not meet our standards of quality. Most of our clients are from the USA and Europe, but we can accept clients from different time zones. You’ll usually receive a response to your messages within a maximum of 12 hours on weekdays. On weekends, we take time to refresh ourselves to stay focused on our projects during the week, but we regularly check our messages to ensure we don’t miss anything urgent.
