We are Chainza, a team of full-stack engineers building scalable SaaS platforms, web applications, mobile apps, and blockchain-based products. Our core focus is delivering production-ready software with strong architecture, clean UX, and reliable backend systems. Our team is built around top engineering talent from the Ukrainian market, particularly graduates from mathematics and IT faculties. We focus on engineers with strong foundations in TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Go, and Python, combined with clear communication and real-world delivery experience. Alongside our full-stack work, we maintain a dedicated Web3 track. Engineers go through internal training in blockchain, DeFi, and smart contract development, with specialization paths in frontend, backend, full-stack, or smart contracts. This allows us to support both traditional SaaS platforms and advanced blockchain integrations when needed.
