If customer provide sketches, images, we can covert them into a 3D CAD model and 2D drawing ready for prototyping, and tooling manufacturing. 2. We can help to do prototypes, provide BOM. 3. We will provide insights to improve designs to ensure the product can be manufactured reliably and at low cost at DFM stage (Design for Manufacture)，before the tooling is fabricated. 4. We have CM resources to refer to produce your products: from plastic tooling & molding, metal stamping, die casting, CNC-machining; surface treatment processes like anodizing, PVD, painting, printing, laser-etching; Assembly processes like ultrasonic-welding, heat-staking, etc. We have served various kind of customers before like Apple, Jabra, Gopro, Insta 360, Molex, Tyco, Nima Partners LLC, etc. We can work more than 30 hours per week.
