Overall around 12+ years of work experience in eLearning Industry, perform administrative tasks associated with Learning Management System and Talent Management System such as course creation, modification and revision, creating and maintaining job profiles and certificates, facilitates session setup, maintaining credits, course and curriculum enrollments, scheduling, enable/disable administrator roles, mapping audience, running /creating reports, entering and maintaining training records Responsibility: Lead Role:  Responsibility for the timely resolution of LMS issues reported by employees via simplification inbox  Create and maintain weekly dashboard for the client  Monitoring and doing internal review of process or procedures (20%) on daily basis  Knowledge transfer of administrative tasks between customer administrators and internal teams, providing user support  Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical issues with active and future online courses and work towards the implementation of corrective/preventative actions  Consult with external and internal end users on online training capabilities and contribute to identifying strategies to customize or develop courses to meet user needs  Maintenance of the CoE myLearning portal, newsletters, content repository and wikis Support:  Provide timely and efficient troubleshooting assistance to end users by investigating all questions/issues and take appropriate action for resolution  Collaborate with IT for support issues  Answer general questions and inquiries related to training courses  Address technical bugs and other system issues from identification through resolution Maintenance:  Answer general questions and inquiries related to training courses  Create , Upload, Revise, test and deploy online content to learning management system  Test system and courses to ensure reliability/availability  Submit and track system bugs/application issues to ensure prompt resolution  Obtain a deep understanding of all components, features, and functions of the LMS Reporting:  Pull standard and custom Reports as per user needs  Run weekly reports on help desk performance and create weekly dashboard for management  Generate, analyze and establish metrics to improve LMS usage  Develop and deploy LMS-based evaluations to measure training effectiveness and learning  Produce reports for management Achievement:  I was selected “STAR” of the Month; out of 200 Employees (approx.) for the month Oct & Nov 2012  Our team won the “Magic Block” award for Q1 and Q3 2012 in entire Genpact for zero defects and timely delivery  Implementing three Lean ideas within the process: o Integrate three core backend components in to single platform to achieve better communication with clients and automate email notifications o Create assignment tool to automatically assign new cases within the team on daily basis o Create standard response tools in HTML to improve administrator daily tasks and save time  Created a standard email keywords template which helps us to communicate using email effectively  Suggested for Screen Capture. Which has saved our team around 200 Minutes in a month when we took 1000 (approx.) screenshots for an assignment and course testing
