I've spent 9 years building AI systems in healthcare and finance, leading teams and delivering projects where things actually had to work. Last year I finished an MSc in Computational Systems, which kept my technical foundations sharp while I was also managing delivery and stakeholders day to day. My current focus is agentic AI: building systems with LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex and RAG pipelines that handle real workflows, not just demos. I care a lot about human-in-the-loop design because most of the clients I work with need AI that supports decisions, not one that makes them invisibly. What tends to work well for startups and small teams is having someone who can hold both sides at once: understanding what you're trying to achieve as a business and knowing how to build it reliably.
