Team Size: 15 Qualification: Graduated from affiliated universities (B-Tech Computer Science) Experience: above 4 year Responsibilities: UI development, WordPress customization , PHP expert ( Codeginter MVC), Android development, IOS development. -> Designers. Team Size: 4 Qualification: Graduated from graphic design institutes Experience: above 5 year Responsibilities: Design Mock-ups in Photoshop, expert in Html, CSS, JS , PSD TO HTML . -> Quality controller Team Size: 2 Qualification: Graduated from affiliated universities (MCA+ QA certification course) Experience: above 2 year Responsibilities: Quality testing for all the project customized. The Quality testing will commence after the complete customization of a website. Project will be delivered only after QA process. -> Staffing Managers Team Size: 4 Qualification: Graduated from affiliated universities (B-Tech Computer Science) Experience: above 5 year Responsibilities: Find clients, analyse requirement and recruit most appropriate developer. -> Manager/Owner Team Size: 1 Qualification: B-Tech Experience: above 8 year of Corporate experience Responsibilities: This will be your contact person for any disputes and complaints. Please ask for their contact details upon signing the contract. 4. How do you usually work with clients? What’s your typical process? - We will commit to both fixed and hourly projects. At first, Staffing Managers will discuss with the client and collect basic requirement. Discussions can be through up work. Once the basic requirement got finalized, project will handover to most appropriate Agency Contractors. Fixed project: After finalizing the requirement, we will quote a fixed amount. Client is responsible to make necessary funding before starting a particular milestone. Hourly Project: Our hourly rate varies from 15USD to 32USD based on expertise of agency Contractors. Assigning agency contractor is based on complexity of project. A rough estimation of hours required will be provided after finalizing requirement. For hourly project, we will use a tracker to calculate exact hour spend.
