Typical Process for Engaging with a Client • After initial interviews, if the client and RCP Bookkeeping Corp. decide to collaborate, RCP Bookkeeping Corp. will draft a detailed letter of engagement. • Once the letter is accepted, work can begin. • Note that RCP Bookkeeping Corp. uses manual time tracking wherever possible due to past software compatibility issues with the Upwork time tracker.
