California Attorney Managed Legal Support Services

**I cannot accept requests here to become your attorney. Do not send me anything confidential unless otherwise noted.** I am a licensed California attorney who primarily does civil litigation related work. I am most proficient with drafting civil litigation documents to be filed in California Superior Court and California Court of Appeals, and legal research memos, although I am able to assist with other documents. If you are an attorney who needs my assistance with litigation, it is generally most efficient to use me as the primary person responsible for all document drafting, calendaring, and document management in the litigation. I have at least "semi-read" most Rutter Guide publications covering California or 9th Circuit practice. I have access to CA state court cases, national federal court cases, a legal treatise on almost all subjects governed primarily by CA state law, and a legal treatises on some subjects governed primarily by federal law. Court filings will be drafted to auto PDF bookmark by heading and subheading upon export from Word. Internal document hyperlinking available upon request. I can also create semi automated forms (user would create final product in a word processor) and some fully automated forms (user can create final or semi-final product by filling in a web form) for you to use in your practice.
