We cater to startups and small businesses. We charge a monthly retainer for accounting and controller roles per QBO account. Accounting roles/ deliverables: - Set up/ maintenance of QuickBooks Online Chart of Accounts - Monthly bookkeeping (Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable) - Monthly reconciliation of bank statements - Monthly Profit and Loss Statement report - Monthly COGS report - Monthly job costing (budget-to-actual) report - Payroll processing with QuickBooks Online or Gusto Controller roles/deliverables, includes accounting role in addition to: - Monthly Profit and Loss Statement analysis - Monthly COGS analysis - Monthly job costing (budget-to-actual) analysis - Statement of Cash Flows report & analysis - Tax planning - Quarterly estimated tax reporting - Entity Classification Election application - Sales tax reporting through TaxJar - Payroll reporting (941 + State) - Calendar year business tax reporting, state and federal
