With 13+ years as a seasoned Project Manager, I bring a great skill-set and extensive experience to my projects. My goal is to collaborate with new and exceptional clients and bring them effective project management solutions to overcome their challenges or project requirements. I would say my best attribute as a Project Manager is my ability to effectively and easily communicate to all stakeholders, whether a Corporate C-Level executive, business owner or consumer and simplify their problems through proper project management. My general process involves data extraction & project writing, managing projects, and implementing project management tools (i.e., Asana, Smartsheet, Basecamp, Monday.com, TeamWork, Trello and MS Project). I help companies and individuals reduce cost and overhead with efficient project management & tools by tailoring my approach based on resources (people & systems), communication and processes. My skills to accomplish this and bring about a strong job performance include effective organizational communication, a strategic mindset, and the ability to creatively tackle problems with an upbeat attitude. Whether it’s using existing resources or building all new systems and operations, I add value through my strategic mindset and actions to ensure lasting results. I am skilling in multiple Project Management methodologies, including: Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, PMI/PMBOK and Critical Path. I have completed projects in the fields of: Sales, Marketing and Marketing Strategies, Business Development, New Business Start-ups, HR Systems and Processes, Process Development and Process Management, BPO Infrastructure / Management / Training, Hospitality (Hotel Management, Food and Beverage, Customer Experience) Property Management and Construction. I have also completed IT and Tech related projects in: Website development and Design, UX/UI, App Development, custom database solutions and software development.
