I am a Salesforce.com Certified Administrator with more than ten years of experience in implementation, administration, configuration, training, and management in several Salesforce projects for small and medium non-profit organizations (NPSP: Non-Profit Success Pack) and enterprises. Marketing Cloud implementation and customization. In many cases, I was the project manager. The projects I managed were undertaken in different languages, i.e., English, Portuguese and Spanish. During this process, I gained the following skills: field and custom object creation and customization; database de-duping and cleanup; development of reports, dashboards, approval process, and automation; development of training plans, workflow automation, materials, and documentation (for users and administrators); and integration with different apps such as MailChimp, Vertical Response, and so on. I have acquired valuable experience working with developers on Salesforce projects focused on meeting client needs.
