👋 Hi! We are the OMGY Agency, a team of expert UX/UI designers. Our crew is working for big companies, but would like to get additional part-time jobs for Upwork clients. We love to work on complex and custom solutions to support your business. We work with B2B, B2C, and SaaS projects across web, mobile, and desktop platforms. We love to work with existing projects to provide: ✔️Ongoing support – anything you might need from a design perspective. ✔️New features – from popups and icons to new pages and user flows. ✔️Redesign – refresh the look of your website. ✔️Evaluate and improve – find weak points in your current design and fix them. In addition, our services include: ✔️ UI design – from UI-kits to icon sets, we've got you covered! ✔️ Interactive prototyping – let's test your app before development starts. ✔️ Motion design – bring your product to life with micro-interactions and animations. 🧰 For new projects our design process follows the double diamond model: Understand → Observe → Define → Ideate → Prototype → Test. We utilize a wide range of UX methodologies, including Lean/Business Canvas, Competitor Analysis, Personas, Customer Journey Map, Prototyping, and User Testing to ensure success. Each project is individual, so design activities may vary depending on complexity and details.
