If we take the job, we pride ourselves in delivering 5-star work product every time for every client. Our usual process for engaging a new client is to video conference via Zoom, Skype or WhatsApp. Through "meeting" in video (or in person when practicable), we endeavor to get to know each other just as if we were meeting physically, in person. Ensuring a good fit from the outset goes a long way in ensuring a great result in the end. If we all agree there's a good fit, then we proceed to contract, working either by the hour or (our preferred) fixed-rate basis. Once we start, it's nose to the grindstone, as our singular mission is to enhance your ability to robustly meet your unique and specialized needs, deadlines, and aspirations.
