For more than 20 years I've worked successfully with founders and businesses to help them achieve their goals by creating business plans, startup plans, ICO whitepapers, successful websites, financial projections, investor pitch decks, pricing models, product specs/definitions/plans, marketing strategies and plans, sales strategies and plans, and company & product launch plans. Some Major Accomplishments While employed in the corporate world: as Manager of Commercial Systems Marketing with Intel, set up a marketing group in Europe; as co-founder and Executive Vice President, started a small international company that was sold to a Fortune 500 company; as VP of Marketing & Sales, took a small company from losing $1M/yr. to profitability and a buyout in less than 12 months. As a Private Consultant to more than 125 companies (to date): helped launch launched a solar energy company, their first product and initial fund raising; worked with the management team to reengineer a software company to be marketing driven; worked with the founder to launch a disruptive SaaS platform in the automotive industry; helped a private equity firm assess potential acquisitions and mergers and guided the integrations of the new firms; worked with the founder to transform a small B2C company into the world's largest B2B licensor of digital art. Some specifics include: - Developed business, pricing, and financial models - Branding, from logos and tag lines to packaging and positioning - Developed messaging, value propositions, mission & vision statements - Created marketing strategies and the tactics to implement them - Critiqued and improved websites and marketing materials - Designed websites - logical flow, text and art direction - Created sales presentations and marketing materials - Designed effective trade show booths - Created explainer and product videos - Written radio and TV commercials - Written trade journal articles - Designed software applications to support marketing and sales strategies - Developed product strategies - Written detailed product specifications - Managed the product development process - Written initial contract drafts - Reviewed contacts from a business and risk perspective - Developed term sheets for mergers, acquisitions, funding - Written Job descriptions and helped interview candidates - Coached founders and management teams
