Expert / Implementer with over eight years of relevant experience optimizing profit margins and sales channels through a lean and scale-able approach. I help growth-driven companies increase their channels of revenue. I've been working with the Amazon Seller Central platform since 2013. Starting from creating ASINs by hand, to manually repricing items, and boosting existing ASINs with fresh relevant keywords to cross-sell accessories. I was growing our presence, shipping orders, and managing customer service. I learned how to ship correctly into FBA and follow Amazon's guidelines. I worked tirelessly to launch all of our eCommerce Channels, from Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. This took dedication, a solid vision, and precise quality control checkpoints. With my direction and implementation, we worked to launch Multi-pack units, Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) / A+ Content, Subscribe & Save, and Seller-Fulfilled Prime. These innovations drove our sales and net profit margins over 400%. We were able to save customers money, increase sales, and ship faster. I have experience with full operations management including drop-shipping, fulfillment, and optimization through FBM, FBA, and SFP. I also have broad experience with optimizing repricing strategies/systems, FBA forecasting, inventory systems, and shipping software. Additionally, I brought new SKUs through data-driven cost-benefit analysis and research. I have implemented multiple repricing platforms, including Feedvisor & Informed.Co, to compete against Third-Party Merchants, including Amazon themselves.
