"Stephanie is an enormously talented designer, artistically and with her capacity to process information and achieve results. In fairness, Stephanie seemed under great pressure with a planned international move of her family. In fairness to the work and to me as well, I would say there were some breakdowns in communication and/or decisions pertaining to hosting and staging that strained the process. In a way, I believe Stephanie ended up over-promising on the project, leaving me with a tad of a web-site quagmire challenge/opportunity. I say these things due to the first point, in recognizing, in some ways, Stephanie's extraordinary talent. As one, who has developed training and approaches, to help others get to greatness in their life, there is no question that Stephanie has the capability for greatness. True greatness, however transcends talent; greatness is a combination of characteristics, including focus, determination, even grit.
