Xactimate Estimates - CAD Drafting - Lumion Architectural Renders

I am a construction estimator and xactimate insurance loss estimator. I create profitable, accurate and detailed estimates for residential and commercial contractors, public adjusters and attorneys. I am also a CAD/Chief Architect 16 Lumion 2023 architectural drafter and render artist. I assist large corporations, architects, interior designers and developers in creating beautiful interior and exterior design renderings, plans and elevations to present to their clients or issue for permit. I have experience creating construction take-offs or client focused estimates for: Commercial and residential; Excavation Foundation Framing/Block/CMU/Structural Panel wall construction Rough in Electrical Finish electrical with fixture allotments Rough in Plumbing Finish plumbing with fixture allotments HVAC Structural steel or microlam install Insulation Septic Systems Finish Drywall/Panels/plaster/Venetian plaster/ paint Finish flooring tile/wood/carpet/concrete/pavers/steel and wood plank decking Cabinet creation/resell/install Moldings and finish items. I also draft pack outs, asbestos abatement, structural cleaning and structural repair xactimate reports for the residential and commercial industry. I am well versed with most managed repair programs like CCC, Alacrity, Nexxus, SM Corp, Servpro Corp, PD Corp and can also write with carrier requirements such as State Farm, Allstate, USAA, AIG, CHUBB and AM Family/homesite. I offer additional services in which I can manage your full schedule of work flow from estimates, contracts, disclosures, subcontractor and labor management to the design renderings and customer material selections and budget reports. In reference to the design renders I offer, I am a draftsman and render artist specializing in Chief Architect 16 (full CAD REVIT capacity), Sketchup, Blender 3.64, Lumion 12.5 and Photoshop. If you want specific fixtures or furniture I can model those in blender to bring into the render as well.
