"I needed an Excel workbook with automation to 4 sheets; about 4 dropdown menus, and 2 calendars. My requirement was for a person in the USA fluent/native in English. I contacted and hired Joseph Randy Murphy (United States); based on his qualifications, I received the following message: “Hello Laurie, my name is Randy, and I am in Morning View, Ky. I have expert-level experience in MS Excel and would like to discuss more this project with you. I have read your job post and would be glad to help you. I have great experience and expertise with this kind of project. Looking forward to working with you.” Instead, Joseph Randy Murphy appears to be a front for YittBox, an agency. I never spoke with Joseph Randy Murphy. Instead, all conversations were through Holly, a relationship manager at YittBox. Additionally, Randy wasn’t the person who worked on the account, Ishtiaque Bin Idrees in India did the work, or at least some of it. Despite being given a detailed explanation, photos, and an actual spreadsheet, the person doing the work didn’t understand the assignment and took from August 27 to September 14 to complete the project. First, I received a database (which I didn't ask for). Then it took 3 different workbooks and multiple revisions (the last one was rev. 9) to complete the project. There were multiple daily messages between myself and Holly M, the project administrator. Most were my repeating what was needed and uploading photos because the person doing the work didn't understand. Finally, the work was completed on Sept. 14. I had to make minor revisions to the spreadsheet but the basics worked. I had to ask multiple times for refunds on billing, and eventually, Rupesh Adhikari in India stated they would give me a refund for the database ($400), and the contract was still over budget by $95 I paid $50/hr. for work that was worth perhaps $10/hr. due to the incompetence of this agency. The entire situation was frustrating and time-consuming."

"Good points: They attempted to do a good job and are good spirited. They meant well. Bad points: They either underbid my job or was unable to get the talent together to finish it for the price and ended up over budget and over deadline. Drupal is not within the spectrum of work they can deal with."
