"She started with a couple of nice designs, then, it was all downhill and the quality dropped dramatically. She could not keep the consistency of our current designs or even the same size or the same color of our icons. We required too much back and forth to get simple things right and the time required to manage her work was just not worth its benefits. Clearly, she was not the one doing all the work and was not the one I was chatting with. When I asked design changes, she would often ask me if I had the PSD even when she was the one designing the PSD the day before! This happened several times and slowed things down a lot. Also, this role required UX experience which she said she had and clearly she has none. She even designed an unreal popup with the close button in the top center! Not in the top right or in the top left, in the top center!! Feels like she just wanted to get rid of the tasks, log hours and move on I warn her multiple times about consistency, taught UX basis and explained what I was expecting from her. Had to end the contract when she started charging me 5-6 hours to send me some unacceptable designs or 1-2 hours to change a font color. Very disappointing!"
