Sales Representative, Virtual Assistant

First, let me highlight my experiences, I started working as an Administrative Assistant for an IT company for three years. My responsibilities are checking the time logs of the employees, updating the inventory of the units we are selling, creating delivery reports, reporting directly to our VP about expenses in our company.
After that, I worked with NCO/RMH Teleservices as an Inbound Sales Representative. The account that I've handled was Sprint. We sell new line of service to our customers who have inquiries about Sprint. Also, for existing customers, we have to upgrade their current plan so we can lock in the service for another 2 years.
I also work as a Sales Representative in VXI Global, I stayed with the company for a year, my account was DirecTV. My responsibilities are selling services of DirecTV to new customers, I was able to be on the top performer's list when I started taking calls that's the reason why I was transferred to retentions department.
Then, after my contract ended with VXI Global, I switched over as a Technical Support Representative in West Contact Services for Comcast account. My responsibilities are handling general inquiries for billing, basic troubleshooting, right-sizing existing packages and up selling additional services for television, phone and internet service. I became the top agent by getting 100% VOC for 6 consecutive months and was able to be one of the top sellers for upgrades and additional services.
I also work for Icore services as an Outbound Sales Representative, the company is a third party seller of cable, phone and internet providers in the US. Our job is to make the customer change their current service and set up a new line under a different company that we are handling.
Then, I worked as a freelancer, I did outbound sales and also handled multiple positions like Appointment Setter, Chat support, Email Support and Inbound Sales.
The complexities of those line of businesses molded me to become a better person professionally. I am very confident that my qualifications will meet your expectations.
