I have 14 years of experience in the BPO industry as an agent I handled email, chat, and voice technical support for America Online. As a QA Analyst , I was trained and assigned to different departments including Technical Support, Billing and Community Action Team. Responsible for the analysis of the transcripts and call recordings, which includes, but not limited to, the following: English Grammar, Technical Correctness, and Outstanding Customer Service. Provided timely and constructive feedback to agents. As QA for the Community Action Team we make sure that teens and kids chatrooms/boards are properly moderated. I also worked as a Social Media and Content Manager. Supervised a team of content editors, writers and social media agents. Create, develop and manage content for company and client’s web presence. Copyedit and proofread all web content/articles. Maintained and developed "InfusionSoft" webforms, newsletter templates, and client database. I have strong work ethics, analytical skills, detail oriented, efficient and have the ability to multi task.
