Architect Engineer / Greek, Albania, English Translator

My name is Kristo Fero and I am a bilingual Architect Engineer native in both Albanian and Greek languages, since I am born in the Greek minority of Albania. I received my diploma for UNIVERSITY OF PATRAS | Department of Architecture in 2015. After completing my studies and military obligation, I decided returning in Albania. Since then I am a full time employed in Tirana, currently holding the position Business Development Manager in a Local Company I obtain an Albanian License as an Architect Engineer and I am always looking forward in learning new skills and increasing the already obtained, mainly focusing in new project and online available training. My professional working experience as an Architect Engineer started on March 2016 and it mainly focused on large infrastructure project in the sectors of Energy (Hydropower, Solar Energy, Wind Energy), Oil & Gas (Production, Storage, Piping transportation), Transport (Road, Tunnel) and Infrastructure Project (Tourism, Residential, Public Buildings) in both Studies and Designs. In addition to this, since 2018, I have been working on Public Procurements founded by Albanian Authorities, Private Investors and international donors such as WB, EBRD etc. Expect from project design I am focusing on the identification of potential partners, recruitment of experts, preparation of the required documentation, respond to EoI, RFP, ToR, Work Schedule, Tentative Staffing Schedule, Financial Proposal, Remuneration and Reimbursable Cost, Cost Break Down etc The software’s I am familiar with are Autodesk AutoCAD, ArcGis, Corel, SketchUp, Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Microsoft Project, Photoshop etc. My strongest point is my ability to adapt on the situation been able to negotiate in different circumstances and to communicate in different levels based on the interested party that may be, Public Authorities, Investors, Land Owners etc. Since 2018 I have been working in the network of UpWork witch I strongly believe has strengthen my professional experience, negotiation technique, and provided me with new skills adapted to international standards and request.
