Hi! My name’s Jonathan and I’m a network and systems engineer. Throughout the past 7+ years, I've been both "Mr. Fix It" and "Mr. Build It" in IT, cloud, security, and network administration for healthcare practices, law firms, government contractors, non-profits, media agencies, IT service providers, and hundreds of small businesses all over the country. My professional experience includes (but is not limited to): - Managing/fixing/setting up domain DNS, web servers, email servers, and related components - Administrating all parts of Microsoft 365 & Windows including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Active Directory. - Administrating and implementing corporate IT security to align with strict data security standards (e.g., HIPAA, ISO 27001, and SOC2) - Design, configuration, and supervision of tailored corporate networks, VPNs, access controls, firewalls, servers, and hybrid cloud connects. I am familiar with most of the major manufacturers of networking equipment. - Engineering purpose-built cloud architectures for a variety of enterprise use cases on AWS and Azure (I can also set up Site-to-Site tunneling to/from networks based on AWS, Azure, and on-premises)
