She was originally hired as a content writer but because of her excellent qualities we passed on to her more responsibility and she worked doing other VA work for us and collaborating with the team. She is very independent and doesn't need to be chased around to do the work she has to. She can follow deadlines, her work is of very good quality and her communication is excellent. I highly recommend her. Just to mention that we stopped our collaboration because the company decided to close down the relevant department she was working in.
