"Lakshmi got the job done exactly as required in under a week. She gave me some good advice and options about what wiki to use and then deployed it in a very short timeframe as expected. I am delighted with the quality of the work done. The only weakness would be communication and kind of the project level planning. I had initially asked her to lay out the steps of the project and that never really happened. I have not used Upwork since it was Odesk back in the day and I didn't ask her to use the detailed reporting tool they have. She ended up billing 29 hrs. I'm not saying that it was too much. Again I am happy with the work, but I don't have a good sense of what all was involved with the project, and I don't have any way to evaluate if that is a reasonable amount. I think I will give her another try on another project coming up, but I will ask for more communication before awarding the job."
