COURSE DEVELOPMENT/ LESSON PLANNING I hold a master's degree as an educator and I have received rigorous training for curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional design. I am a creative curriculum developer who sees beyond the traditional educational model. My passion is backed by four years of teaching grades 7-12 mathematics, science, and physics in addition to 5 years of tutoring experience. I know how real students think and where they get stuck on a problem. My understanding of the student's minds allows me to craft effective curricular materials that keep them engaged in their zone of proximal development. I wrote curriculum for my own classrooms as a teacher and have recently started working as a freelancer for curriculum development. I have developed modules, lesson plans, training, and courses in the following areas: Employee skill development training: It consisted of a training course to upskill the employees in communication skills. STEM career education module: It consisted of 12 lesson plans with engaging STEM activities and career sessions for grade 8 students. Professional storytelling course: It consisted of a well-designed course for helping individuals looking for a job to master the skill of storytelling in a job interview. Career education lesson plans: Lesson plans on the topics of career information, career decision making, career goal setting, etc were developed for various grade levels including school, college, and university levels.
