The following is the transcript for a speech I delivered at a business conference of minority entrepreneurs. The speech examines why certain cultures impose rigid expectations of what are "acceptable" careers on their children. Through my words, I sought to challenge those expectations and encourage future generations to take the road less traveled and to dare greatly.
