Our department's main job is to register customer equipment onto their accounts. This job requires a fair amount of troubleshooting and billing knowledge. Most transactions are agent to agent but we do have customer to agent transactions as well. I am a top performer in my department based on my stack rankings on AHT (Average Handling Time), Reliability (Attendance), Windows Utilization and Schedule Compliance.
