"we hired gary to be a recruiter for our company we needed a couple electrician's and appliance installers around the chicago area. unfortunately while gary was very nice he didn't know how to login into our technology, this was the first red flag. 2nd he had no recruiting database and expected us to supply everything as if he were an employee. we were looking for someone to supply recruiting database and have the ability to write there own ads and find a large number of candidates in 1-2 weeks unfortunately we have a few bad leads and no onboarding take place in a week and a half. one day of stopping contract we search two databases of our own find candidates and hire them to start 2 days later. these are tradesman and not that difficult to find this should have been an easy project."
