Hello, I am a CPA with over 25 years of public accounting experience providing tax, accounting and payroll services to a wide range of businesses. Services provided include the preparation of federal, state and local income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, tax-exempt organizations…etc. I provide tax debt resolution services to clients located across the U.S. and abroad to obtain IRS and state tax debt relief via settlement at the lowest amount allowed by law. Our services include preparing any back tax returns to bring the client into compliance, analysis of a client's financial situation/information, plan and implement the best approach to resolve the tax matter...etc. I also provide financial statement preparation services to include assistance with Excel, Quickbooks Online, Wave and Xero which includes include general ledger review, account clean-up, necessary general ledger account adjustments under the guidelines of US generally accepted accounting principles, (GAAP), to produce quality financial statements. I also provide financial statement compilation and agreed upon procedure services on a limited basis for clients in various industries.
