Hi, my name is Hany Latif and I would love the opportunity to work for you. I have been using and developing Wordpress blogs for myself as well as my clients since 2015 and consider myself an Expert. Over the years, I have gathered skills and tools to handle any Wordpress situation that may arise. I have built and managed hundreds of new and existing blogs in almost every niche! Below is a Summary of the skills I have acquired during my career as an employee as well as an Entrepreneur and Digital Nomad. Early Employment: Best Buy - Skills Acquired Customer Service - Technical Skills - Sales My career started off in retail as a Best Buy In-store Technician where I had to balance Customer Service and Technical skills on a day to day basis. My responsibilities also included Upsells and offering Add-ons, which I was surprisingly good at. After Best Buy acquired "Geek Squad", a new position was made available and was limited to 1 per store, "In-home Agent". Having the rare blend of all 3 disciplines mentioned above, I was nominated and promoted above many applicants. Being alone in strangers homes, I was able to refine my skills and adopt new skills to face any situation that I was faced with. Business Clients - People Friendly I began learning Web Design and coding to cater to my business clients. On the other hand. my customer service skills and being able to simplify complicated situations stood out when dealing with "Technically Challenged" clients. Attention to Detail - Efficiency Call backs to clients homes was a struggle to many In-Home Agents. But having a technical background I naturally pay more attention to detail than the average person. Being efficient in people's homes ment you can get more jobs done during the day thus generating more revenue. Within the first year I was ranked #3 in the country from over 2500 In-Home Agents. Success as an Entrepreneur: Sales - Marketing During my career at Best Buy, I was able to apply my sales expertise to run a very successful Ebay store of my own. I was able to buy products from and listing them back on Ebay using a targeted sales page that trumped my competition. People buy with emotions and a good sales pitch is all you need to win them over. Digital Nomad - Traveling Getting a taste of the Digital Nomad lifestyle, I realized I can travel and make money no matter where I was. I began testing which skills would provide me with the most comfortable lifestyle. Home Based Call Center Agent - Sales - Customer Service One of the first jobs I had, working from home, was a Home Based Agent for an overseas company called "Reach". I excelled in all of the requirements which were... 1. Fluent American English 2. Technical Skills 3. Sales 4. Customer Service "Reach" was contracted to take inbound calls for a major cell phone company based in the US. The calls included Tech-Support, New Accounts, Billing and Sales. Once the contract expired I continued my HBA career doing commission sales for a loan company. Being comfortable on the phone and confident in my conversion rate, I ran my own call center with hand picked agents that I personally trained. I currently have the capacity for a 5 man call center In fluent English and Spanish which includes unlimited Inbound and Outbound calling. Blogging - Niche Sites - Passive Income With the wealth of experience I gained in my previous years selling and promoting products online, I began blogging. I currently own several successful blogs and Niche sites that run on Auto-Pilot, generating Passive income. I consider myself a Fast Learner, and have been able to create Html/PHP sites of my own and consider myself a Pro with Wordpress sites as well. I'm able to learn about topics quickly and articulate original and SEO friendly blog posts that rank. I am Multilingual and able to speak/read/write/translate English, Arabic and Hebrew. The skills I possess are the perfect ingredients for success and can be provided to you exclusively on Upwork.
