My work instruments are: 🔹 Adobe XD 🔹 Adobe Illustrator 🔹 Adobe Photoshop 🔹 Coral Draw 🔹 Figma WHAT I CAN DO:- ▪ Logo and Brand Identity (Logo design, Brand Style Guide, Business Cards, Stationery, etc) ▪ Advertising (Flyers, Brochures, Banners, Pamphlets, etc) ▪ Web Design ▪ App Design ▪ Book and Magazine Design ▪ Infographics ▪ Illustration WORKING STYLE :- • Responsiveness. I always reply within 24 hours if we don’t have an on-going project. You will be warned about any delays, vacations and emergency situations beforehand. If you need something URGENT, please send me an email with URGENT in theme and I'll try to get back to you as soon as possible. • Project updates. That usually depends on the project, but I can update on the process every day if necessary. • Clear communication. I always try to explain things and provide necessary clarifications with visuals, using PDF files and UpWork messages in my workflow. I don’t use voice and video channels unless it's a need. Phone is for emergency only. • File support. All my clients get 1 year (since file submission) warranty on the provided files. It means, that you can request file conversions, size changes and print production adjustments free of charge during the warranty period. • Confidentiality. Confidential projects and NDAs are welcome. With me your files are safe. • Satisfaction. I try to maintain agency-grade standards in my work. If you feel something is wrong, I’m always open to honest talk and project review. I will do my best to solve your problem. I've worked on multiple projects with different companies from all over the world and was responsible for creating prototypes, designing apps and websites from the ground up. Apart from that I have redesigned & re-branded existing websites & apps with the focus on improving visitors engagement and conversions. It's important to me to build long-term relationships with clients. My client’s satisfaction is what motivates me most in my work. "The provider refused to follow instructions and truly understand the project. She didn't ask any questions. She just went on her own accord and worked on something we didn't want. This was truly a horrible experience."
