"this freelancer is enthusiast but falls short of being reliable. He was unable to hold regular meeting dates , or to deliver software as promised. This was a large complex project and he maybe better suited to very small jobs. He had difficulties working with other developers. While the project was during COVID , the problems went much beyond health issues."
