I was a full-time Administrative Assistant for nearly 8 years where I perform secretarial tasks such as producing letters, reports via computer, invoicing, maintains a variety of logs and files, responds to phone queries, distributing billings to every areas handled by the agency etc. - An eCommerce Virtual Assistant working closely with Shopify, Oberlo, Ebay, Amazon, Dropified and AliExpress. My work includes calculating daily summary report into Excel and Google Sheet, manually updating tracking numbers on Shopify or syncing via Oberlo, processing orders on AliExpress manually and via Dropified and Oberlo extension, handling customer support emails and much more. I have the ability to multitask and handle all aspects of business while increasing overall productivity with efficient work. I am hard working, meticulous and efficient. "I needed the work done but they did not make an effort to make my work a priority. I waited until the following day even though we had agreed on Monday to start. The tasks were very simple. I need to have my time freed but instead I feel I have more work to catch up on because they are not finishing anything at all or doing it very slowly."
