"We hired Aurimas to take on an existing Flutter/Firebase tech stack project and develop a major update for our camera feature that included heavily custom logic and UI/UX. Whilst every other candidate we spoke to about the job had found it overwhelming, Aurimas was able to quickly demonstrate his deep understanding of how to tackle the task and provided us with a great level of reassurance. He took the initiative to understand our product well and suggested ways to improve the overall performance and user experience across the app. Aurimas possesses a very powerful set of skills that are rare to find in one person. Opportunities for improvement: Naturally, no one is perfect and there is always room for improvement. Such areas for Aurimas to consider are: - Seek further clarification on the acceptance criteria if ever in doubt. - Being more comfortable to estimate enhancements based on somebody else’s code. Even with lower confidence these estimates can help inform a risk-cost-value business decision."
