"I hired this freelancer to complete work on a mobile app. What started off well turned into a disaster. Hitesh gave me a quote for some work of 40 hours, after running massively over budget on previous work, I said that I would not pay more than 40 hours. He agreed but 2 months later he had not completed the work, blaming the server was not working. I have confirmed with the server company that everything was fine. He refuses to contact me, leaving our live app with a major bug that sends bogus notifications to users, causing us to lose hundreds of users and get complaints on our app page and on Facebook. Working with him has cost us time, money and users."

"The estimation was for the mobile side development not the backend. I asked the client to provide API resources again and again, which was assured to be provided at the very beginning which he failed to do which led to days of waiting time. For a small job like this, I had to wait more than I could work on this. I don't expect the client to be perfect but some understanding would have helped a lot. This has ruined my perfect profile but has taught me a lesson that on upwork delivery is mutual. If client has promised something, I should not start before getting the necessary resources. The JD is not for the project I worked on as according to client the position for this project was filled. Although I was not paid for the 40 hours as job was completed from my end, still I wish him the best."
