His 3D design skills are great, his video editing as well, and he will learn anything else that is needed. It is rare to find an outsourcer who actually cares and understands the project, and is capable of thinking for himself as well as following instructions. His communication and English language are excellent, (which can be more important than skills). Also, I trust him to have access to anything as I know him to be a good man who takes pride in his work, and I don't believe he would ever do anything unethical. I am intending to work with him on an ongoing basis, so please don't hire him for too long! "
