Native Swedish Speaking Customer Support agent and translator

I am passionate about Customer Service! To me, it's all about giving the customer what they want, in a timely manner, to reach a happy outcome for both parties. I have gained over 5 years of experience in the Customer Service industry. I specialize in complaint handling and have worked for several of the biggest mobile and internet operators and online casino brands in Sweden, resolving complaints large and small, via the mediums of e-mail, live chat, and telephone. I am familiar with ticket systems, chat programs, and telephone systems, for example, HelpScout, FreshDesk, WordPress, Shopify, etc. Working under pressure is a part of my job, and I ensure to reply all emails as fast as I can but with no compromise on the quality. I am highly efficient and can work with short deadlines, however, I never let speed compromise the quality of my work. I will never deliver something that isn’t finished and up to my high standards.
