Strategic and Proactive User Experience Researcher

Hi, it's me Hayate! A creative problem solver at heart, specialized in UX research. I use a range of qualitative research methods that will add value to your product design process. Wether you want to start a new product or wether you want to test out the usability of your existing product, you are at the right place! I have 5+ years of experience working with multinational companies, non-profit organisations and small businesses in different roles. Through the years I have sharpened my research and analytical skills, design skills, communication skills and workshop facilitator skills. 🌿 I am proficient in the following research methods: - (In-depth) Interviews - Usability tests - Competitive research - Surveys - Focus groups - Diary research - (participatory) Observations 🌿 Other activities I perform depending on the stage of the UX/Design Thinking process: card sorting, affinity mapping, customer journey, personas and user flow. 🌿 My work of course also includes analysing all the gathered data and translating that into reports, sketches, wireframes and prototypes. For this I use Figma or Sketch. Amongst my clients, I am known to be positive-minded, efficient and genuine.
