100% Job Success

Product Management, UX, UI, Wordpress & Woocommerce Developer

I started building static HTML websites in 1996. I dabbled in the early Perl and GCI, but when I found Wordpress in 2008, I didn't look back from Javascript and PHP. Since then I've moved to User Experience as I had to spend so much time making the Wordpress admin panel friendly enough for clients to use with only little instruction. I have built a Wordpress theme framework and accompanying plugins over the last decade, keeping up with the most recent updates and conventions from Wordpress and it's major plugin leaders (Woocommerce and Advanced Custom Fields). The number of Wordpress sites I've built on my framework is right around 1000. In 2014 I dedicated to make a migration into the realm of User Experience. I found a great balance between knowing the conventions and limitations of programming and pain points for end users and website administrators. This unique perspective has qualified me for designing complex business data systems down to a basic portfolio site. My passion is to create an incredibly user friendly and engaging front end while making these complex layouts easy to maintain and update.
