SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS Wide-ranging experience in many facets of Intellectual Property prosecution, maintenance, and enforcement of US and international patents, trademarks, and copyrights. I work closely with patent or trademark attorneys to complete the assigned projects. Patents: Prepare and manage all phases of U.S. and foreign patent prosecution (Provisional, Utility, Design, Track One, PPH, PCT; Reexamination filings, National filings); Information Disclosure Statements, Pay Annuity Fees. Conduct Patent searches; Record Assignments, Inter Partes Review Proceedings, Derivation Proceedings, Post Grant Review, etc. Trademarks: Trademark searching; Draft & file US trademark applications, simple drafting of Responses to Official Actions, etc.; post-registration filings, trademark oppositions, cancellations, and conducting trademark use investigations. Trademark foreign filings, including Madrid Protocol submission, maintained domain names and enforcement proceedings before ICANN; social media takedowns of competitor marks; website review to ensure proper trademark usage of brand names Copyright - Prepare and file copyright applications. Record Assignments; copyright searches IP Due Diligence - Worldwide assignee title searches; recordation of assignments in various jurisdictions; both patent, trademark, and copyright offices at state, federal, and international levels. Prepare LLC formation and Amendment filings and other Corporate filings with Secretary of State Offices Draft, review, process, and summarize Confidentiality Agreements; license agreements under attorney/client parameters
