I worked for “Capital One” Bank and assisted customers on their concerns about credit cards some of the inquiries were invoice questions, taking payments, personal information updates, send or re-send statements, general customer complaints, and even technical support to clients on the company’s website, and always taking responsibility to ensure customers were satisfied.
