I have over 5 years of experience working as a content creator. I started working as an international customer service agent at Vodafone UK where I worked on my listening and multi-tasking skills (handling customers and building rapport while at the same time making the needed request on the system). Later on, I started working as a freelancer on gotranscript.com where I worked as a bilingual transcriber and subtitler. I also worked on PPH and fiver as a content writer and researcher for a non-profit organization. and I also did basic video editing. Dealing with different clients helped me to be more responsible and accurate in what I can promise to deliver. I've also learned that over-delivery and exceeding my client's expectations is highly rewarding and that was later on confirmed when I reached the "top rated" status on Upwork
